How to Measure Your Shoulder
To get the most accurate measurement, we recommend having someone help you or using a mirror.
- Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
- Locate the outer edge of your shoulder (the acromion bone).
- Measure straight across your back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other.
- Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight.
